Cancellations & Exchanges:

For cancellations or exchanges, please ensure your request is made before the license key is dispatched to you.

Nature of Our Products:

We specialize in providing unique activation codes for software. Each code is uniquely generated and is personal to the purchaser. Due to this unique nature, our products aren't subjected to the typical 14-day cooling-off period common to most online purchases.

Try Before You Buy:

We offer a complimentary trial version for all our software products. This allows you to ensure compatibility and meet the system requirements. Should you have any concerns or questions, our Customer Service team is on standby, seven days a week, to assist.

Refund Conditions:

Once a code has been dispatched, refunds cannot be processed due to the product's nature. However, if you encounter issues with the activation key you've purchased, please provide us with a screenshot displaying the error message. We'll be more than happy to provide a replacement key.
