We stand by our products! If you're not satisfied with your purchase of a DVD, USB, or SSD, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Whether the software didn’t meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you’ll receive a full refund – no questions asked.

Easy Return Process

2. Log In & Select Order – Access your account, choose your order, and request a return.
3. Complete Return Form – Submit the form and wait for an email with your free prepaid shipping label.
4. Pack & Ship – Securely package your item and attach the free return label.
5. Drop Off – Take your parcel to any Royal Mail Drop-Off Point or Post Office.
6. Fast Refund Processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund on the same day. Your funds will be back in your account within 2-3 working days.

Items faulty on arrival.

You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

Damage in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and call Customer services. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Item Missing or Incorrect Item

If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please email us at: admin@inonefile.co.uk as soon as possible and in any event within three days, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

For cancellations or exchanges, please ensure your request is made before the license key is dispatched to you.

 

Nature of Our Products:

We specialize in providing unique activation codes for software. Each code is uniquely generated and is personal to the purchaser. Due to this unique nature, our products aren't subjected to the typical 30-day cooling-off period common to most online purchases.

Refund Conditions:

Once a code has been dispatched, refunds cannot be processed due to the product's nature. However, if you encounter issues with the activation key you've purchased, please provide us with a screenshot displaying the error message. We'll be more than happy to provide a replacement key.
