Easy Return Process

- Complete Return Form – Submit the form and receive a free prepaid shipping label.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
Items faulty on arrival: You may request an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items should be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once verified, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Damage in transit: Please report within 7 working days. If visibly damaged on delivery, refuse the item and notify us immediately. A replacement or refund will be arranged upon return.
Missing or incorrect item: Email us at support@softwaredesert.com within 3 days, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
